Supreme Court Refuses To Entertain Fresh Plea Against Triple Talaq - (14 Aug 2017)

Supreme Court has refused to entertain a fresh plea challenging the constitutional validity of 'triple talaq', 'nikah halala' and polygamy practices among Muslims.
