Oklahoma Supreme Court Rules 'Fee on Cigarettes Unconstitutional' - (11 Aug 2017)

Oklahoma's Supreme Court has declared a fee on cigarettes unconstitutional, citing faulty lawmaking practices, prompting State's governor to suggest calling back the legislature to find a solution to replace the lost revenue.
