National Green Tribunal: Public Hearing Must Before Finalizing Coastal Zone Management Plan - (10 Aug 2017)

National Green Tribunal has held that Coastal Zone Management Authority is duty bound as per CRZ Regulations 2011 to hold public hearing before finalizing Coastal Zone Management Plan.
