Bombay High Court: Person Running Court Canteen is in Temporary Possession of Premises - (10 Aug 2017)

Bombay High Court has observed that a person running a canteen on Court premises is in temporary possession and therefore is not entitled to relief under Section 6 of Special Relief Act, 1963.
