Bombay HC: Income from Turnkey- Contract of Plantation Would Not Constitute ‘Agricultural Income’ - (09 Aug 2017)
Bombay High Court has held that income from turnkey- contract of plantation would not constitute ‘agricultural income’ for the purpose of section 2(1A)(b)(ii) and (iii) of the Income Tax Act, 1961.
