#Election Affidavit: Gujarat HC Dismisses Plea Seeking Filing of Supporting Documents - (03 Aug 2017)

Gujarat High Court has dismissed a plea seeking a direction requiring contesting candidates in elections to submit documents in support of averments made in the affidavit submitted at the time of filing nomination form.
