#Tax Order Against NDTV: Delhi HC Says 'No Coercive Step on Rs-428 cr I-T Demand' - (02 Aug 2017)

Delhi High Court told I-T department not to take any coercive step against NDTV in connection with a Rs 428-crore demand after rapping it for asking the media house to pay “immediately now” which appeared to be an “over enthusiastic step” and “on the face of it illegal”.
