#Recognition of Medical Colleges: SC Says 'Oversight Committee Recommendations Cannot be Disregarded' - (02 Aug 2017)

Supreme Court, while observing that Oversight Committee recommendations cannot be disregarded, has directed Central Government to consider afresh materials on record pertaining to issue of confirmation or otherwise of letter of permission granted to colleges, which was earlier cancelled.
