Patna High Court Dismisses RJD MLA Plea Against JDU-BJP Government in Bihar - (31 Jul 2017)

Patna High Court has dismissed RJD MLA Saroj Yadav's petition against formation of JDU-BJP Government in the State. The plea argued that Bihar Governor violated existing norms by not inviting the largest party to form Government in Bihar Legislative Assembly.
