Delhi HC Put Stay on Govt Order on Pvt. Driving Schools - (28 Sep 2015)

Delhi HC while staying Govt. order on Pvt. Driving Schools, has ruled that condition restraining relatives of Transport Department officials to operate such schools is "prima facie against the Constitution of India" and thus Government could not insist on this condition before granting licence.
