Bombay HC: Tenant Occupying Premises Before Enactment of Public Premises Act to be Ruled by State Act - (26 Jul 2017)

Bombay High Court has observed that such persons who are in occupation prior to premises belonging to or taken on lease by government companies and corporations, will continue to be governed by the State Rent Control Act.
