Delhi High Court: Centre Took Steps For Public Grievance Redressal System - (25 Jul 2017)

Delhi High Court, while noting that Centre had taken substantive steps to put in place a system for timely redressal of public grievance in every department of governance, has disposed of a petition seeking direction to Government for providing a citizens’ charter.
