CCI Bans 2 Repetitive Violators for Violating Competition Norms - (28 Sep 2015)

Competition Commission of India (CCI), has passed directions against two repetitive violators (P V Basheer Ahmed and M C Bobby, office bearers of a Kerala-based film exhibitors association), barring them from being associated with business activities where they were found flouting competition norms.
