Supreme Court: Right to Privacy Can Never be an Absolute Entitlement - (20 Jul 2017)

Supreme Court while expressing strong reservations about declaring right to privacy a fundamental right has said that privacy could never be an absolute entitlement with the state having no power to restrict it.
