Delhi HC: Transferring RTI Plea Repeatedly Unsustainable - (19 Jul 2017)

Delhi High Court has held that an RTI application cannot be transferred from one office to other and the Public Information Officer is supposed to provide all information sought, subject to legal exceptions.
