#Aadhaar_Case: Supreme Court Sets Up 9-Judge Bench - (18 Jul 2017)

Supreme Court has set up a 9-judge bench to examine whether right to privacy is a fundamental right under Constitution. The decision to form the 9-judge bench came while hearing petitions on linking of PAN card with Aadhaar.
