#GST: Registered Person Dealing with 2nd Hand Goods Can Avail Benefits of Margin Scheme - (17 Jul 2017)

Central Government has clarified that any registered person dealing in buying and selling of second hand goods can avail benefit of Margin scheme subject to the conditions laid down under the Central Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017.
