MP HC: Govt Rates Not Applicable on Rates Agreed in a Contract - (14 Jul 2017)

Madhya Pradesh High Court has held that data entry charges fixed by the Union government were not applicable on a contract signed by a private firm with a district collector for the work of National Population Register.
