SC to Centre: Can Govt. Force to Retain Surname Before Permitting Individual to Start Business - (28 Sep 2015)

SC has issued notice to Centre on plea of Nishant, alleging violation of his constitutional rights, as though he has a passport, a PAN card and even a Direct Identification Number without a surname, but was not allowed to form a company to do business because he did not have a surname.
