Supreme Court Gives Britannia, ITC Chance to Settle Dispute Out of Court - (12 Jul 2017)

Supreme Court gave an opportunity to Britannia Industries Limited and ITC Limited to settle their dispute regarding the alleged deceptive packaging of their digestive biscuits out of court.
