United States Supreme Court Explains Trademark Registration - (11 Jul 2017)

United States Supreme Court, while explaining trademark registration has observed that principle underlying trademark protection is that distinctive marks—words, names, symbols, and the like—can help distinguish a particular artisan’s goods from those of others.
