Calcutta HC: Victims of Acid Attacks Before Cr.P.C. Amendment Entitled To Compensation - (11 Jul 2017)

Calcutta High Court has ruled that victims of acid attacks prior to 31 December, 2009, i.e. the insertion of Section 357A of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 would be entitled to compensation.
