Delhi High Court Orders Govt. to Speed Up Disposal of Workmen Compensation Cases - (28 Sep 2015)

Delhi High Court has ordered Delhi Government to take steps to ensure that more than 1,100 compensation cases for deaths and injuries pending under Workmen’s Compensation Act are disposed of by January 2016.
