Bombay HC to State: Bring In Policy For Pre-Primary Education - (07 Jul 2017)

Bombay High Court, while expressing displeasure over lack of procedure or policy with regard to pre-primary education in Maharashtra, has directed State to bring in a policy that is in consonance with Section 11 of Right to Education Act, 2009.
