Supreme Court Asks Centre to Initiate Process to Fill Up Vacancies In ITAT - (07 Jul 2017)

Supreme Court has given three weeks time to Centre to initiate process of filling up vacancies of presidents, vice presidents and members in different benches of Income Tax Appellate Tribunals (ITAT) across the country.
