Supreme Court Rejects Plea For Parity in Compensation to Riot Victims - (05 Jul 2017)

Supreme Court has dismissed a Special Leave Petition challenging Patna High Court’s refusal to issue a direction to Centre to frame a common policy with regard to compensation to riot victims.
