President Promulgates Ordinance Allowing Annual Buffalo Race- Kambala In Karnataka - (04 Jul 2017)

President Pranab Mukherjee has promulgated Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (Karnataka Amendment) Ordinance, 2017, allowing State to conduct ‘kambala’, an annual buffalo race.
