Delhi HC To DSLSA: Pay Compensation u/s 357A to Relatives of Murder Victim - (04 Jul 2017)

Delhi High Court has awarded compensation to relatives of two murder victims, drawing from various judicial precedents, and noting that the fine ordered byTrial Court was inadequate.
