Bom. HC: Maharashtra Govt Criticized for Exhibiting Mindset to Curtail Liberty of Undertrials - (19 Jul 2024)

Bom. HC while granting bail to an accused, has observed that despite the consistent view of Apex Court on subject of pre-trial bail, State exhibits a mindset and intent to continue to curtail liberty of accused despite having undergone maximum punishment in most of the offences alleged against him.
