Delhi High Court: ICAI Needs to be Enhanced and Strengthened - (05 Jul 2024)

Del HC has observed that there is a need to strengthen and enhance ICAI by notifying amendments passed by Chartered Accountants, the Cost and Works Accountants and the Company Secretaries (Amendment) Act, 2022, against Chartered Accountants firms and to amplify their accountability and transparency.
