Delhi HC: Appointment of Teachers, Principals Absolute Right of Govt. Aided Minority Institutions - (31 May 2024)

SERVICE

Del. HC has held that so long as principals and teachers who are appointed possess prescribed qualifications and experience, there can be no restriction whatsoever on the right of the Government aided minority institutions to make appointments to fill in the vacancies in the schools run by it.
