INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Delhi High Court in a trademark infringement plea filed by Pfizer, accusing an oil company of infringing its trademark ‘Viagra’, has restrained the oil manufacturer from using the mark ‘Vigoura’ or any mark deceptively similar to Pfizer’s trademark.
