Mad HC: State Not to Insist on Certificate of Sexual Re-orientation Surgery for Publ. Change of Name - (05 Apr 2024)

LAW OF MEDICINE

Madras High Court has held that the State Government should not ask for the production of medical examination reports and certificates of sexual re-orientation surgery for publishing a change of name or gender of transpersons.
