Del. HC: Article 21A of COI Not Applicable on Being Educated in a Particular School of Choice - (29 Mar 2024)

CONSTITUTION

Delhi High Court has observed that Article 21A of the Constitution of India guaranteeing the right to free and compulsory education does not entitle any child to get an education in a particular school of his or her choice.
