Kar. HC: Parties Can’t be Forced to Arbitration Proceed. if Not Signatory to Joint Venture Agreement - (29 Mar 2024)

ARBITRATION

Karnataka High Court has held that if the parties are not signatories to the Joint Venture Agreement then the Court cannot direct them to be parties to the arbitration proceedings as per the terms of the Joint Venture Agreement.
