Bombay High Court: Penalty of Reduction in Pay Scale Not to Extend Beyond Period of Employment - (02 Feb 2024)

Bombay High Court has observed that the effect of reduction in pay scale of a state government servant, as a form of penalty, does not extend beyond the period of employment and impact post-retirement benefits.
