Del. HC: Right Not to Procreate is a Part of Right to Reproductive Choice - (05 Jan 2024)

LAW OF MEDICINE

Delhi High Court while observing that the right to reproductive choice includes the right not to procreate has held that it is the prerogative of each women to evaluate her life and arrive at the best course of action in view of the change in material circumstances.
