Del. HC: Can’t Deny Any Person with Disability to Carry on Any Trade or Business - (15 Sep 2023)

Delhi High Court has held that it would be wholly retrograde, and in derogation of the constitutional guarantees under Articles 14, 19 & 21, to deny the right of a person suffering from any disability, to carry on any trade or business.
