SC: HC Can’t Reverse Spl. Court Findings on Sanction’s Validity Except in Case of Failure of Justice - (04 Aug 2023)

CRIMINAL

Supreme Court has held that no finding, sentence or order passed by the Special Judge under Prevention of Corruption Act shall be reversed or altered by a Court in appeal, confirmation or revision unless in the opinion of the Court, a failure of justice has in fact been occasioned thereby.
