Mad. HC Stays Press Release Inviting Suggestions on Bill as Centre Fails to Provide Translated Copy - (02 Jun 2023)

Madras HC has granted interim stay on the press communique issued by the Joint Committee on the Forest (Conservation) Amendment Bill 2023, inviting suggestions from the public at large and other stakeholders as Centre failed to published translated copies of the Amendment Bill.
