SC: Unexplained Inordinate Delay Crucial Factor to Quash Complaint - (19 May 2023)

CRIMINAL

Supreme Court while quashing criminal case against President and Vice President of International Society for Krishna Consciousness (ISKCON) has held that unexplained inordinate delay must be taken into consideration as a very crucial factor and ground for quashing a criminal complaint.
