SC Modifies Guidelines Relating to Conferment of Senior Advocate Designations - (12 May 2023)

CIVIL

Supreme Court has modified guidelines regulating the conferment of designation of Senior Advocates as laid down in Indira Jaising v. Supreme Court of India (MANU/SC/1306/2017) and stated that the process of senior designations should take place at least once a year.
