Kerala HC: District Court Has Jurisdiction to Execute Arbitral Award - (10 Mar 2023)

ARBITRATION

Kerala High Court while evaluating the scheme of Commercial Courts Act, 2015 has held that District Court has the jurisdiction to execute an arbitral award and the commercial court has not been conferred such jurisdiction under the Act.
