Ker. HC: Police Can’t Insist on Politically Neutral Colour Temple Decorations for Festivals - (16 Feb 2023)

Kerala High Court while observing that politics has no role to play in the conduct of daily worship and ceremonies and festivals in temples, has observed that Police could not insist that only ‘politically neutral’ coloured decorative materials be used for temple festivals.
