SC to IRDAI: Consider if Personal Accident Cover Can Include Persons Other Than Owner - (16 Feb 2023)

INSURANCE

Supreme Court has directed Insurance Regulatory Development Authority of India (IRDAI) to consider if claims by family members, friends, or such persons other than the registered owner could be beneficiaries of personal accident cover.
