NCDRC to TATA Housing: Refund Entire Amount Paid for Flat Due to Deficiency in Service - (30 Dec 2022)

CONSUMER

National Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission (NCDRC) has directed TATA Housing Development Pvt. Ltd. to refund entire amount deposited by complainants with an interest @9% p.a due to deficiency in service on the part of TATA Housing, in not offering possession.
