J&K&L HC to J&K Admin: Remove Encroachments from Public Roads - (30 Dec 2022)

CIVIL

Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh High Court has directed J&K Government and Jammu Municipal Corporation to ensure that no structure of any kind is allowed or permitted to be raised on public road, street, pathway and lane.
