Cal. HC: Authority Must Preserve Fairness of Process When Re-Evaluating Bidder's Eligibility - (29 Dec 2022)

Calcutta High Court while observing that during re-evaluation of bidder’s eligibility, tendering authority must preserve fairness of the process and satisfy the benchmark of probity and held that tendering authority cannot simply reiterate its earlier decision.
