Delhi HC: DTC Must Check Antecedents of Employees - (30 Sep 2022)

Delhi High Court while observing that Delhi Transport Corporation (DTC) is not expected to unleash untrained and unlicensed drivers on unsuspecting innocent public, has held that public transport undertaking is required to check antecedents of its prospective employees.
