SC: Rights of Under-trial Includes Right to Receive Medical Attention - (30 Sep 2022)

CRIMINAL

Supreme Court while directing Superintendent of Taloja Jail to take Gautam Navlakha to a hospital of his choice immediately for a thorough medical check-up, has held that right of an under-trial trial to receive medical attention would be a fundamental right.
